Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order processing time is a maximum of 4-14 business days.

Note: Order processing time refers to the time it takes to tailor the abaya. Working days mean all days of the week except Friday and Saturday.

Delivery time: Shipping is currently done via

Aramex (2-14 days depending on Aramex shipping company policy)

If the delivery location changes, we regret that we cannot cancel the order as you must change the delivery address by contacting the shipping company.

If you do not respond to the shipping company, the order will be canceled and returned by the shipping company. Therefore, Abaya Fabric store should be contacted immediately to arrange for the reshipment of the canceled shipment within a maximum of 3 working days after the shipping company cancels the shipment. Note that the customer bears the full cost of reshipping according to the policy of the chosen shipping company.

Fabric Abayas Store informs you that its responsibility ends upon sending the tracking number to the customer. Tracking the order is the customer's responsibility.
