Exchange and Return Policy
First: Introduction – The Nature of the Products
The store offers two types of products, as follows:
1. Products that are manufactured or prepared based on the consumer’s request and according to special sizes or specifications that he specifies when completing the order, including but not limited to: Custom-made abayas.
2. Ready-made, non-customized products that are displayed and sold as is, such as perfumes, accessories, and other ready-made products.
Under the provisions of the Electronic Commerce Law and its implementing regulations, and the Consumer Protection Law in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, products that are manufactured or prepared according to the consumer’s request or specifications are not covered by the right of return or cancellation, because it is impossible to resell them to anyone other than the consumer for whom they were made. This excludes cases of manufacturing defect or violation of the agreed specifications.
Second: Replacement Policy
The consumer is not entitled to request a product replacement in the following cases:
1. If the product was manufactured or prepared based on the consumer’s request or according to special dimensions or specifications he specified, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
2. If a defect appears in the product resulting from misuse or mishandling by the consumer.
3. If the product has been used, benefited from, had its tags or accessories removed, or its original packaging tampered with in a way that prevents its resale.
Third: Return Policy
1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual or statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the finished, non-customized products, and he does not have the right to do so after the expiry of this period.
2. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
o In its original, undamaged state.
o Unused and the consumer did not receive any benefit from it.
o Accompanied by all its accessories and original packaging.
3. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return request to verify its safety and compliance with the conditions.
4. The right of refund does not apply to:
o Products manufactured or prepared according to the consumer's request or according to his specific measurements.
o Products that have been damaged, broken, or otherwise harmed after receipt.
5. The consumer shall bear all costs incurred in the return process, including shipping costs. In the event of an international return, the consumer shall bear all shipping and redelivery costs to the shipping company.
Fourth: Cases of defect or error
Notwithstanding the above, in the event that a manufacturing defect, error in order execution, or violation of the agreed specifications is proven, the store shall undertake the following:
1. The product can be replaced or returned according to the consumer's choice.
2. The store will bear all associated costs, including shipping costs.
Fifth: General Provisions
• Completing the order through the store constitutes the consumer's acknowledgment that they have read and agree to this policy.
• This policy is subject to the regulations and rules in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and shall be implemented in a manner that does not conflict with any mandatory regulatory text.
